Estimates, not advice

This site provides four calculators, each estimating take-home pay for its own tax system: the UK page for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, using published GOV.UK rates; the Scotland page, using the devolved Scottish Income Tax bands published by gov.scot; the Ireland page, using rates published by Revenue and gov.ie; and the Malta page, using rates published by the MTCA. Each uses the rates for the selected tax year. They are provided for general guidance only and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Your actual pay may differ because of your tax code, salary sacrifice, benefits, pension arrangement, or other circumstances the calculators do not model.

We work hard to keep the rates and thresholds accurate, but we make no guarantee that the results are complete or error-free. Always check important figures against your payslip or a professional adviser before relying on them.
